I am the owner and winemaker at a small commercial winery, Settembre Cellars, in Boulder Colorado. I have a graduate certificate in Enology & Viticulture from UC Davis. The entanglement of my engineering and enology worlds results in close monitoring of my traditional winemaking techniques with emphasis on producing world-class wines that express varietal and place.
